Progressive Family Care Ltd. offers office hours at both the Waterloo office and the Columbia office Monday thru Friday. Both the Waterloo and the Columbia offices are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Thursday and 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Friday. The Waterloo office is also open Saturday mornings for appointments from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. Progressive Family Care can be reached by phone between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. The phones are off between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm for the lunch hour. You can also reach the Waterloo office by phone Saturday mornings between 8:00 am and 10:30 am. The physicians can be reached after hours for emergencies by calling the office phone number (618)939-2273 or (618)281-2273. A phone message will instruct you which physician is on-call and how to reach them.
